Without doubt the best bread knife on the market. I have had one for over ten years and still cuts like its brand new. I have recommended it to many when I have taught bread making and now I purchase another for my goddaughter who has reached the giddy heights of being a soux chef at 21 and was the youngest competitor on GBM Also doubles as a marvellous carving knife
