Order

Make your navigation on our site easier thanks to the search engine! The magnifying glass logo is located at the top right of each page of the opinel.com site and remains accessible at all times. Search by commercial reference, size, product family ...

On the knife page of your choice, click on "Customize your Opinel" to access the engraving module. Then add an engraving on the area (handle or blade) that you want to engrave. You will have a selection of 4 fonts and will be able to type your text. A model will appear and you will have to validate it to add your order to the cart.

The extra for each engraving is 5 €. Depending on the models of knives, you can make one or more engravings.

Return and refund

You must send us the withdrawal form by post, email or fax (04 79 83 23 46) before returning the items. Engraved articles are not refundable or exchangeable. More information on the page www.opinel.com/en/customer-service/returning-the-goods-within-30-days

Made in France

Our knives and tools are manufactured in France in our factory in Chambéry in Savoie which employs 120 people including 75 related to the production. A small part of our range is manufactured at our partner in Portugal after being developed in Chambéry: hand pruner, Parallèle and Intempora kitchen knives, peelers, spreaders and vegetable knives, Le petit Chef knife. Garden saw blades and sheaths are made in Asia. The kitchen and table textile is made in France by Tissage Moutet.

In the "My Account" tab or at the time of placing an order, click on "you lost your password" to receive an email allowing you to reset the password.

Tax refund

Non-EU nationals requesting a delivery outside the European Union are eligible for a tax refund.

In this case, the French VAT does not apply and your order will be automatically billed without tax (HT) but you will be liable for local taxes and customs duties upon delivery of the package.
