Recipe : Petit Chef apple pie


  • 20 g butter
  • 200 g flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 20 cl water
  • 3 apples
  • 1 lemon
  • 100 g icing sugar
  • Brown sugar

1 Prepare the dough

Cut the butter into several pieces and mix it by hand with the flour in a salad bowl.
Add the egg yolk and the water.              
Mix, still with your hands.            
Knead the dough and then let it rest.       

2 Prepare the apples

Peel the apples and cut a lemon.                  
Rub the apples with the lemon.                   
Cut the apples into slices.                 

3 Prepare the pie

Sprinkle flour on your work top and spread out the dough.                       
Put the dough in a pan and place the apples inside.                       
Mix 4 eggs with icing sugar and pour the mixture into the pan.               
Add the brown sugar.                       

Place the pie in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.              

4 Serve

Sprinkle the pie with icing sugar and serve.
