Alain Ducasse Ecole de Cuisine
Alain Ducasse Ecole de Cuisine is a contemporary space of 700 sqm in the heart of the 16th arrondissement of Paris. The school concentrates efficiency and usability. It consists of 4 kitchens, workshops, a wine cellar, a meeting room, a shop, all built around a patio. At the Alain Ducasse Ecole de Cuisine, Chefs and Trainees cook with Intempora collection and Le Petit Chef.
