Our e-gift card comes in a digital format and will be emailed to you. You can then:
- Forward the email to the recipient, along with a note, for a 100% paperless gift
- Or print out the information on the card to offer it in person
How long is it valid for?
The e-gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Where can I use it?
The e-gift card can only be used on our opinel.com website
How do you use it?
Eligible products: The e-gift card can be used to purchase all our items (excluding e-gift cards).
Multiple use: The e-gift card can be used in one go or multiple times. If the amount on the card is not used up when you place your first order, the remaining amount will be available for a future order, until the balance is used up.
Non-cumulative: Only one e-gift card can be used to pay for an order.
Means of payment: The e-gift card can be complemented by another means of payment.
Code: You will need to enter a code at checkout to use the e-gift card. If you use it multiple times, the same code must be used for each order.
Consulting the balance: The balance of your e-gift card can be consulted via your customer account.
Terms and conditions of use
No promotion or discount is valid on the purchase of Opinel e-card gifts.
The e-gift card only comes in a digital format and will be emailed to you once you confirm your order.
The e-gift card is refundable if you exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 days of purchase. The refund will be made to the purchaser's account only.
The e-gift card cannot be exchanged or resold. If it is lost or expires, it will not be replaced or refunded.
Items returned that have been purchased with an e-gift card will be exchanged, or a credit note will be provided.
