The birch wood used to make the handles of the knives in the collection is from sustainably managed Finnish forests. Sourcing wood of European origin enables the reduction of the long-distance procurement of wood and also offers variety and a very appealing aesthetic. The wood is through-coloured, which gives it a longer lifespan. The inks used in the dyeing process are natural and are not harmful to the environment.
