We offer knives with a redesigned shape for a lighter, balanced and refined look.
The handle is streamlined and curved, the ferrule is more discreet and the yatagan blade is more pronounced.
A flattened bolster has also been added for more stability when positioning your knives on the table.

Olive
The olive wood's unique grain will transport your table to the Mediterranean!
The olive tree is the mythical tree of the Mediterranean. Olive wood is pleasing to the touch and has a nice, polished look. With a golden yellow to orange appearance, it often has dense and sinuous veining.
Its smooth blade has a poliglaze finish, which is a double polish that provides a mirrored effect. The new Table Chic line offers a curved handle and features the same shape as the traditional Opinel blade, known as the Yatagan blade. Inspired by a Turkish sword with a raised tip, it guarantees exceptional strength.
Its 10 cm blades are made of stainless steel and offer a superior quality cut. Golden olive wood handles offer a pleasing grip.

Its 10 cm blade features a poliglaze finish that provides a mirrored effect and offsets the knife's black handle. Dark and dense, the ebony handles are pleasing to the touch.
