Greek pasta salad by monbento

Ingredients

  • 50g Farfalle-type pasta
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 slice Feta cheese
  • Olives
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch dried oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

1Pasta

Cook the pasta in a large pan of salted water according to the instructions on the packet.

Strain and allow to cool.

2Side dishes

Cut the cucumber into small cubes, the cherry tomatoes into quarters, the Feta cheese into cubes, and slice the olives (after removing the stones!).

3Mix the ingredients together

In a large salad bowl, mix the pasta with all the vegetables, then add the Feta and olives.

4Seasoning

Add the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.

5Plating

Serve in one of your Original lunch box containers.

For even more delicious treats, fill the other lunch box containers with mini-muffins and raspberries, for example!
