Opinel products come with a lifetime warranty and are exchanged in case of defects in materials and workmanship.
Damages due to normal wear and tear, improper use, dismantling or other alteration, are not covered by the warranty.
We offer sharpening service for all our smooth blade knives. The sharpening and reparation are made in our workshop by our technicians.
Please send your knife to OPINEL - SAV - 508 Bld Henry Bordeaux Chambéry France, with a note stating the service you want, and payment.
If the blade is only slightly blunt, we will sharpen the blade over a height of 1 mm to give its edge.
Processing fees (return shipping fees included) : 8 €
Delay : within 3 weeks after receiving the knife
If the blade is very worn, we will remake the edge over a height of 10 mm.

We offer to repair or replace components of your favourite knife : handle, ferrule....
Please send a picture of the knife before, we will confirm if it is possible to repair it within 7 days.
The knife must be sent by registered mail.

>15 cm blades : 20€
