The most noble Mediterranean wood has been sculpted to make the handles for these four Opinel filleting knives (N°08, N°10, N°12 and N°15). The N°10 olive wood filleting pocketknife also comes with a sheath for easy carrying, packed in a wooden box.
The warm olive wood grain.
Olive wood has a golden yellow to orange appearance with a dense grain. Offering comfort and a good grip, this handle has a pleasant feel and the wood is polished. The pocketknife features a Virobloc safety ring that secures the blade in an open or closed position for added safety during use. Its supple and resistant durable stainless steel blade is razor-sharp and allows you to fillet fish. It features a mirror finish making it even more elegant.
