Pesto, cherry tomato, and mozzarella pasta salad

Recipe for 2 lunch boxes

  • 125g pasta
  • 125g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp green pesto
  • 120g mozzarella balls
  • 3 carrots
  • 10 strawberries

Instructions

1Cooking

Bring the water to the boil and then cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Add a drizzle of olive oil and the pesto sauce while the pasta is still hot.

2Side dishes

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half with your little knife from Opinel's Le Petit Chef Set or Les Essentiels du Cuisiner box set. Add to the pasta.

Add the whole mozzarella balls and gently stir to distribute the ingredients evenly without damaging the mozzarella.

3Serving

Serve the pasta salad in 1 Original lunch box container and place it in the large Tresor bento box.

Cut the carrots and strawberries into sticks to fill the two containers in the Tresor children's bento box and the second container in the adults' Original lunch box.
