1Prepare the cauliflower

Cut the cauliflower into florets and then cut the florets in half.

Cook for 3 minutes in a pan of lightly salted boiling water.

Remove them from the pan and place them in a bowl of very cold water.

Dry the florets on kitchen paper.

Preheat your plancha over a fairly high heat.

3Prepare your kebabs

Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, curry powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Skewer the cauliflower florets on skewers with the cut sides all facing the same side to make cooking easier.

Brush with flavoured oil.

Mix the remaining flavoured oil with the yoghurt.

Brown the kebabs on both sides.

5All set!

Place the kebabs on the plates and sprinkle with the parsley and oregano leaves.

Serve with the yoghurt.
