Etapes

1Prepare the dough

Cut the butter into several pieces and mix it by hand with the flour in a salad bowl. Add the egg yolk and the water. Mix, still with your hands. Knead the dough and then let it rest.

2Prepare the apples

Peel the apples and cut a lemon. Rub the apples with the lemon. Cut the apples into slices.

3Prepare the pie

Sprinkle flour on your work top and spread out the dough. Put the dough in a pan and place the apples inside. Mix 4 eggs with icing sugar and pour the mixture into the pan. Add the brown sugar. Place the pie in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

4Serve

Sprinkle the pie with icing sugar and serve.
