Summer will soon be here, as will the fruits that accompany it. The apricot for example is rich in minerals and vitamins, to be enjoyed on the most beautiful of days. Among others, its properties are beneficial for the skin and eyes. There are different ways to cook it, including a pie for dessert. The pie can be made with other fruits such as plums, peaches, pears, apples and sprinkled with red fruits, pistachios and chopped almonds or roasted hazelnuts. So you can make it in any season!
